The project management system allows you to perform a number of necessary functions: create projects; set the working time in the project calendar; recruit employees and plan the schedule in projects; manage project calendars.
The first thing you need to do is log in and make sure you're on a business account, which you can do by clicking on your name in the top right corner. Then from the menu in the left corner select the "projects" option. Finally, press the "add" button and in the opened window - "save" so that you can see all mandatory fields. It is necessary to fill in the mentioned fields, otherwise the system will not allow data to be saved.
A very important limitation of the Project Management System is that employees can only plan their schedules when the status of their employment contracts is "active contracts". If you cannot find the person you are looking for in the opened file, open HRMS in a new window and enter the name of the employee whose contract you are looking for in the search. If you see that the status of the contract is approved by the person, click on the status and then - "activate the contract". You will see the sections "average salary of the previous contract" and "vacation balance", you can press "continue" without entering anything. In the next step, be sure to enter the date of birth of the employee, the date of the start of work (which is important, because only from that date the work schedule can be entered for the employee). Finally, click "activate contract".
The project status changes automatically. Initially, it is "created", and after gathering all the correct data, the project status automatically changes to "planned". The status of the project depending on whether the project is still "created" (and has no estimated or scheduled hours) or is already "planned" (has estimated project hours or scheduled employee hours).
First you need to select a period (for example, from Tuesday to Saturday), then enter the work break times in the enabled fields, which can be managed on a case-by-case basis. By managing the project schedule, it is possible to add more required workers for the selected work period. When you increase the number of workers required, you will immediately see the scheduled hours change. The project management system can also calculate the total number of hours required for the respective project.
